目前，对日用瓷、卫生瓷、电瓷、工艺瓷等的焙烧多采用隧道窑、梭式窑等***率热工设备。其窑车支架绝大多数选择SiC制品，尤其是横梁采用R-SiC材质，价格昂贵，大幅增加了使用成本。R-SiC方梁虽然高温性能优越，但仍然难以克服该材质固有的抗氧化性差的致命弱点，表现为使用一个阶段后，由于氧化造成的组织结构脆弱，使其高温强度 迅速衰减，缩短了使用寿命。
