为增强辊道窑急冷区辊棒的抗弯能力开发生产的星形辊棒、内外花棒，在基础不增加截面面积的情况下，间接增加了壁厚，从而有效增强了对大风压产生的弯曲压力的抵抗能力，且热震性能优异，解决了该区域普 通辊棒使用过程中易弯、易裂、易断的难题。
　　
Special shaped rollers have been developed to increase the bending of the rollers used at the fast cooling zone of roller kiln .The wall thickness of the roller is indirectly increased with out increasing the area of the cross section. The bending strength of rollers against the heavy air pressure is effectively increased and the thermal shock resistance is excellent. It resolves the problem that the common rollers easily bend, crack and break when being used at fast cooling zone.
